Recombinant BTN3A2 Protein

Description

Product Characteristics: Recombinant Human Butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A2/BTN3A2 is produced by our mammalian expression system in human cells. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln30-Trp248) of Human BTN3A2 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
antibodies-online can provide customization with regards to expression system, tag location and sequence for our made to order proteins designed and produced in Germany. Please contact our customer support for further information.:

Target Information: This gene encodes a member of the butyrophilin (BTN) family and the immunoglobulin (IG) superfamily. The gene resides in the juxta-telomeric region of the major histocompatability class 1 locus and is clustered with the other six family members, including BTN, BTN2A1, BTN2A2, BTN2A3, BTN3A1, and BTN3A3, on chromosome 6. The full-length protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane protein. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
